What Is Geothermal?

Geothermal systems are heat pumps that tap into the natural geothermal energy located underground. This approach is then used to heat and cool your home using several methods. A fluid is then circulated through an underground loop, which would be a closed-loop system. The fluid absorbs the heat from the earth during the winter and dissipates heat from the house during the summer. The heat or cold from the fluid is then converted to hot or cold air by circulating it through different exchangers.
